At ICS we are fully committed to keeping our customers equipment running. We understand the need for a rapid professional response when a problem occurs to keep expensive downtime to the absolute minimum.


Our engineers have vast experience throughout the Induction industry, travelling worldwide and maintaining our customer’s confidence in our ability to respond whatever the issue. With the knowledge gained over many years, our engineers can advise on all aspects of the induction process, be it generator/workhead issues, cooling issues, line interfacing or project management.


Any customers returning equipment to ICS will receive a free of charge evaluation. We will provide you with a free report detailing any faults found. If required, we will then provide a corrective proposal and recommendations on preventive measures to avoid repeat failures.


ICS is now an authorized Ambrell service partner. Therefore, if you have any requirements concerning TR, Phase, ISM, Easyheat, Ekoheat or VPA systems, then ICS should be your first call. Most of our staff are ex Cheltenham Induction Heating Ltd employees, so if this was your supplier then please do not hesitate to get in touch.





Corrective Maintenance

Should an issue arise with your induction heating equipment; ICS can provide a responsive service interaction, both on-site and off-site. Customer service engineer visits can be arranged, or the equipment returned to ICS for a free of charge evaluation, At ICS, we have a test facility fully equipped with diagnostic and test equipment allowing us to repair down to component level. This enables us to provide a fast and efficient turnaround for your equipment.

Remote Assistance

At ICS we appreciate that many customer issues can be solved remotely, via telephone or email. Our specialist engineers can support customers with general enquiries and technical issues, reducing downtime.

Out of Hours

We understand that many of our customers operate 24/7. If unfortunately, your equipment does fail out of normal working hours, please call us on the main number and your call will be diverted to the on call out of hours engineers.





Loan Equipment

At ICS we try to maintain a stock level of Induction systems and Water Coolers/Chillers for loan purposes. This may be for new application trials or to cover equipment down time whilst your equipment is being repaired. If you only require an induction unit for a limited time, perhaps to cover increased production, please talk to us about what we can offer.



Spare parts

At ICS we stock a large inventory of spare parts, even for the older systems, reducing long lead times. All parts are sold fully tested with warranty. We can also assist with the sourcing of some of the more problematic spare parts. ICS are the only stockist for older Cheltenham Induction Heating and Ambrell parts. We carry a significant stock of these parts and can repair the electronics boards down to component level.
